Leeds Home Birth Support Group

Peer support group which meets monthly on the second Sunday of the month. Great for getting up-to-date  information on the homebirth service in Leeds from others who are using it. There’s a very active facebook page too

Leeds also has a Community Pool Hire Scheme

For a very small fee (and hopefully an additional donation) you can arrange to borrow one of the scheme’s birth pools. Click here for their facebook group. Please remember to read the FAQs. The scheme is run by a volunteer, and we know from first hand experience that much time is spent answering queries already covered there!!

Leeds Positive Birth Group

Part of the international Positive Birth movement, this group meets on the third Sunday of the month to support pregnant and new parents wherever they have chosen to give birth. They have a website and a Facebook page
